I’m Alex Biet. I build products and businesses, experiment with AI, and write about it. Opinions here are my own.

What I do

I’m a product leader who combines customer obsession with commercial instinct and curiosity. I spent 15 years in product management and business growth, currently at Amazon. My work spans the full product life cycle from zero-to-one development, global scaling to optimizing mature programs across B2C and B2B.

Before product, I was in business development helping to launch Kindle in Germany, after strategy roles in digital transformation at Bertelsmann and MTV.

When I’m not working or writing, you’ll find me in the mountains, at a concert, or with a book — ideally with my kids along for all three.
